EBay, Wikipedia PA Horn rule, they are 12W or 15W in existence. But I think it will be strong, I have a loudspeaker with a sound system in my car, pushing my speakers 80W power, but not as much as identity, as it is. while driving next to someone at 60 who do not listen when windows are open.
